Dynamic warm-up drills, interval training focused on building top-end speed and improving cardio threshold. Periodic time trials at 400M, 1 Mile, and 5K distances.
LULULEMON RUN CLUB
5K Walk / 4 Mile Run-Walk / 5 Mile Run / 10K Run options. All fitness levels welcome. Stick around for swag raffles at the end!
LONG RUN SATURDAY
Build your endurance with our Saturday long runs. Multiple pace groups from 9:00/mi to 12:00/mi. Routes vary from 8-20 miles based on training cycles.
TRAIL SUNDAYS
Monthly trail runs exploring the beautiful parks around the Bay Area. All levels welcome. We typically do 5-10 miles with moderate elevation gain.
